While preparing my fresh basil for freezing, I saved some basil to mix in with some mayo for dinner.
I eyeballed how much mayo I would need for dinner and just mixed in basil.
The blog where I found this idea was from here. I didn't want to make that much in case I didn't like it and have it go to waste.
The blogger used:
1/2 cup of mayo
3 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
Mix together and there you go....basil mayo.
