I haven't blogged since August 2016. Life got in the way. I'm a chicken mama, kitten mama and sometimes when I get home from work I don't even turn my computer on.
I have some free time on a rainy Sunday so I'm hoping to get some blogs done. Thanks for reading.
On August 29th my girls (chickens) turned 20 weeks old. Still no eggs. I asked them “when are you gonna start laying eggs” and they turned their heads at me like I was crazy. haha 
Buttercup (the grey one…who’s my easter egger) will probably be the first to lay an egg. She’s been talking a lot and her comb is a bright red. She should lay a blue or green egg.
