Garden Update: Week 33

I picked 3 eggplants this week.  The one in the middle was def picked too late since it turned yellow.  I threw it out.  The other two I washed, sliced and have put in the freezer to use later.

I love the purple color of this eggplant.  So vibrant.

I have one more little eggplant still growing.  This is probably going to be the last one.
