I had farm fresh blueberries from the Farmers Market the other day, so yesterday I made a blueberry loaf cake. This is the same recipe I used for the Simple Blueberry Cake with Cinnamon Streusel.
Instead of baking the cake in a cake pan, I just baked it in a loaf pan. :)
