This is just a fun post I like to do, about something new that I've tried and I tell you about it.
It's just my opinion. :)
I picked up some Applegate naturals turkey breakfast sausage from Target the other day. It was on cartwheel so I even saved money with my purchase. These turkey sausages are very tasty. I like that they are casein free, dairy free and gluten free. I made a frittata with 4 of the links and then we had the other 4 links for breakfast one weekend. I will buy these again.

They also have other flavors that I'll probably give a try. :)
