Ashley's Quiche

Today, we made breakfast for dinner. We wanted to do something different for my dad for his '60th birthday'. And also to celebrate Mother's Day! :)

Ashley made a quiche!!! It was awesome!!!!

She first cooked a package of sausage, then drained. She then browned some onion, Once it was browned she added the sausage back to the skillet.

In a bowl she mixed cheese, salt, pepper, eggs, nutmeg and parsley. Then she mixed in the sausage and onion.

She lined the pie dish with a pie crust.
Add the quiche mix to the pie crust.

She pinched down the sides with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. (Oh be sure to put an egg wash around the crust to keep from burning)

Doesn't that look yummy??

Yum!!!!!!!!!!! :) Thanks Ashley!! I need you to send me the recipe!! Very simple to make. Loved it!! I want to make it with other things too, like BACON! :)

  2. Not complicated at all. :) And you can really put whatever you want in it. We had some quiche leftover and I warmed it up for Nate today and he really liked it. :)
