Good Idea

Another Pinterest tip:

Freeze leftover Green onions!!!! I got the idea from this blog.

You will need:

Plastic Water bottle (empty, clean and dry)
Green Onions

Wash and dry your empty water bottle. Wash and dry your green onions.

Slice them in half.... (long ways)

Chop your onions.....

Add them to your water bottle. Then put on the lid, write the date on the lid so you know when you stored them. You can store in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. When you need some just shake them into whatever you're cooking. It's that easy!!! :)

I'm thinking of all sorts of other things you could do. You could probably do this with fresh herbs and onions.
