So, do you remember my trip to
Woodstock, Virginia? I brought home a Persimmon. Never had one before. By the time I finally got around to trying it, the little thing had dried up a bit. OOPS! LOL I took a knife and cut into it and scooped out the fruity flesh. I tasted it and it wasn't that bad. It reminded me of an apricot. It wasn't chalky or bitter like Big Laura said it would be probably because it was overripe and a dried. :)
