Quiche for dinner? Why not? So. that's what I made. haha :) Ingredients:
Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 onion
parsley
pepper
1 pkg of shredded cheese
1/8 tsp nutmeg
6 eggs
pie crust (1 shell)
Looks good eh?
MMMMMMMM....top with sour cream if you'd like. :)

For this quiche I cooked the bacon and sausage. Then added onion to skillet to bacon and sausage. In a bowl I put 6 eggs, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, parsley and pepper. I didn't add salt b/c bacon has enough salt. I mixed it all together in a bowl then added to pie crust. Bake for about half hour until done. :) EASY!! Oh...other quiches I've made call for milk or half and half and I forgot to add the milk and couldn't tell the difference. LOL
Oh....and add cheese before putting in pie crust. :)
