When life gives you lemons, just make dinner and dessert.

I was feeling for something lemony today. I figured since I hadn't made lemon pepper chicken in a while that it's time for some so I did. :)

I made lemon pepper chicken, corn and whole grain brown rice. MMM! Yum!! :)

For dessert I made lemon bars. I bought a lemon bar box mix at the grocery store. (Krusteaz) It was very easy to make and it taste homemade. Grandpa Runyon would have loved these b/c they remind me very much of lemon pie which was his favorite. :*)
