This past weekend, Nate and I went to Dan's (brother) and Candice's house for a birthday dinner with the parents. Dan's birthday is July 23rd so we thought it would be nice to get together.
Candice made some awesome fried chicken. She coated the chicken in flour, egg and then bread crumbs and fried them for 3 minutes on each side in some oil. Once you got your piece of chicken there was a oil and lemon juice mixture you could put on top of the chicken. It was yummy!!! :)
I made an Oreo Bomb Cake to bring just like the Oreo Bomb Pie. Nate knew his brother would love it and seeing him eat 3 pieces of it I would say that he did. haha
I used a squared brownie pan and got 3 layers of oreos.
Candice had posted some pictures a few weeks ago of some owls that she'd seen around her property or at one of her neighbors. We went outside and found one of them at the neighbors and another was back behind the houses in a tree.. They are soooooo creepy. How come when an owl looks at you it's as if it's stealing your soul??? hahaha
