Yesterday, for dinner I made
Baked Chicken Parmesan Wontons. I had leftover chicken parm mix and wonton wrappers and thought I'd make something for lunch today.
Here's my 'Baked Chicken Parmesan Wonton Cupcakes' :)

To make you will need:
Leftover Chicken Parm mix
wonton wrappers
shredded cheese

Coat your cupcake pan with pam spray. Lay 2 wonton wrappers in the cup. Spray pam on top of wonton.

On 350 degrees, bake your wonton shells for about 7 minutes to crisp the shell.

Fill your hot wonton with cheese on the bottom. As little or as much as you'd like.

Then fill with leftover chicken parm mix.

Sprinkle some more cheese on top and put in the oven until cheese melts and everything is hot.

MMMMM

Yummo! :)

How good does that look? It was the perfect crunchy shell with delicious chicken parm mix. :)
