Re-Growing your own celery: Update

Did you know that you can re-grow celery from celery.  Earlier, this month I tried re-growing celery.

Here's an update.

I've been changing the water daily.  Pretty soon I will need to put the celery in a new dish/pot.  It seems that it grows overnight.  It's so fun to check on it each morning to see how it's doing.
