Bacon egg cups= LOVE. I got this idea from
Julia.
Ingredients:
12 slices of bacon
8 eggs
finely shredded cheese (eyeball it)
pepper (eyeball it)
parsley (eyeball it)
Line your muffin pan with the bacon.
Crack your eggs...
Whisk together your eggs, pepper, cheese and parsley.
Fill your bacon cups with egg mixture.
About 3/4 of the way.
Bake the bacon egg cups for 30 to 35 min or until the egg cups are golden brown and don't jiggle. Scoop them out and put onto a paper towel lined plate. Serve immediately. These are really good!!! Thanks Julia!! We gobbled these up! :)
Oh yea, those are going to be happening for breakfast soon! What a killer brunch idea too... Hope all is well in the 'Burg!
ReplyDelete-Laura :)
A great brunch idea!! Easy to make and not messy to eat. Everything here is good. Nate got a BAD sunburn yesterday tho while he was out fishing. :( I hope you're doing great out in SoCal. :D
ReplyDeleteOMG i have been craving these since we saw them on Julia's blog last night! I just now got to the store so we didn't get to have them for breakfast :(
ReplyDeleteDave had an idea to use a sausage patty at the bottom as the base, so we picked some of those up too! I see breakfast for dinner in my future one night this week :)
They look awesome!
YUM!!!! Also love Kristen's idea about a sausage patty! I am going to be making these when we go to the beach for sure!
ReplyDeleteYou should totally make these at the beach Lora. You can add anything to make it your own. :) So good and such a good idea. :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you liked these. I know, so easy and good, right?
