Medifast Pancake Muffin

I have found another Medifast favorite!!  This is a Medifast Pancake Muffin!  I got the idea from here.  It's always fun finding new ways to use Medifast products.  :)

Here's the pancake muffin.

To make:

1 medifast pancake packet (or choc chip pancake then you won't need to add chips)

4 tbsp cold water

tiny bit of homemade vanilla extract

5 semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix everything into your shaker jar.  Then pour into a microwave safe mug.  Heat for 1:30.  Once done, flip onto a small plate.  Optional:  Drizzle with some sugar free syrup.  So yummy!!
